About me — personal history
My own experiences
My life has been full of profound and challenging experiences. Even in my early childhood, I was confronted with difficult internal and external circumstances and forgot how to be carefree. My youth and my time as a young adult were therefore mostly characterised by severe crises and painful processes of self-discovery, often forcing me into situations of despair and danger.
However, my strong will to survive and my inner fighter allowed me to identify and utilise all the resources available to me in order to fight my way to a stable life. I worked constantly and hard on my issues and became stronger and more resilient with every challenge. Tackling crises, fears and weaknesses taught me to turn suffering into insight and made me an expert in crisis management.
Today, I bring a great deal of technical and practical knowledge and empathy to expertly and successfully support people in distress and processes of self-reflection. I have made it my mission to help people in their development processes and to accompany them in the journey towards relief and joy. My wish for my clients is that they not only overcome their crises, but are also strengthened for future challenges.
Work philosophy
It is important to me to help people to come closer to their aspirations and inner satisfaction and to free themselves from powerlessness, distress and frustration. I know only too well what a crisis feels like. However, I also know the feeling of getting a grip on problems and negative thoughts and pursuing a solid plan that leads to success and happiness. I want to share this knowledge and motivation with my clients and want them to feel better, more fulfilled and in the right place to stay mentally healthy.
In counselling sessions, I want to expertly guide people in achieving their personal or professional goals and help them activate their self-management skills. I help them to develop goal-orientated solutions and strategies and to create more awareness and understanding of themselves and their situation.
